Job summary

A leading engineering company in Canada, Alberta, is seeking an HR professional to manage the recruitment cycle, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support various employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.   • Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the system.
  • Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, where applicable.
  • Manage and monitor employee time attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking of working hours, leaves, and punctuality, while coordinating with payroll.
  • Carry out miscellaneous HR-related duties and support cross-functional teams on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
