A leading Canadian retail company is seeking a highly motivated Sr. HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations for the Technology and Analytics team. This role will focus on guiding colleagues through HR processes with an emphasis on employee relations, compliance, and program management. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. HR Coordinator to provide day‑to‑day support to our Technology and Analytics client group. This role calls for a customer‑focused team player who is ready to provide timely advice, skillfully resolve colleague issues and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes. The Sr. HR Coordinator will support the HR team by coordinating and following through on various human resources activities and projects, including company‑wide human resources programs and initiatives.
Please note that the person’s home office will be at our head office in Brampton with a 4‑day requirement. Occasional travel is required to our Shoppers Drug Mart office located in North York.
