A manufacturing company in Ontario is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to implement people strategies and administer core HR policies. Duties include talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll compliance. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, along with 2-3 years of HR experience.
