Design and deliver structured training programs for end users and administrators, adapting delivery to meet diverse learning needs and clinical settings.

Document and maintain implementation artifacts — including configurations, workflows, and architecture changes — and contribute findings to post-implementation reviews that drive process improvement.

Assist with TS requests which may include custom reports, queries, identifying bugs, complex DICOM/HL7 migrations or workflows.
