A healthcare organization in Ontario, Canada, is seeking a part-time professional to provide direct patient care as delegated by a registered nurse. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have an SVQ III in healthcare or equivalent experience, ensuring a person-centered approach to care delivery. The post holder will carry out duties involving direct patient care as delegated by the registered nurse. Will regularly work without supervision after appropriate training/induction to provide care and support to patients/relatives/carers. The post holder will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy.
