Qualifications

• Valid Security License for Ontario.
• First Aid & CPR – Level C certification.
• COVID-19 vaccinated with two doses.
• Immunization records for MMR and Varicella.
• N95 Mask Fit requirement met.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Minimum one year of healthcare security experience.
• Certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reactive patrols and incident response.
• Complete standing orders and scheduled activities for each shift.
• Enforce security policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement shift work schedules.
• Write detailed incident reports.
• Respond efficiently to coded emergencies.
• Deliver excellent customer service under stress.
• Maintain situational awareness and physical readiness.
