About the Role

As a Senior/Healthcare Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of patients and equipment within Outram centres/hospital environment.

Some Key Responsibilities Include
  • Perform portering services for patients to and from clinics/wards/department/external centres in a professional manner while ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Deliver and collect medical/patient records, specimens, equipment’s, supplies, medications or any other patient/medical related items within Outram centres/hospital environment
  • Efficiently operate the centre/hospital's e-portering system
  • Handle telephone hotlines and incoming service requests
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to portering staff
  • Providing a friendly and professional service to patients, visitors and staffs
  • Comply with quality service, safety and health requirements
  • Build strong relationship and teamwork with stakeholders and to anticipate their needs
Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in healthcare setting will be advantageous
  • Basic reading and writing skills in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Basic IT knowledge is required to handle e-portering system and computer
