Qualifications

• 8–11 years of progressive Health & Safety experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Level 1 and 2 Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of OHSA and WSIB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific H&S policies and training programs.
• Manage WSIB claims and ensure compliance with medical restrictions.
• Lead investigations of serious incidents and analyze injury trends.
