Job summary

The Prince Albert Grand Council is seeking a Senior Health Nurse (Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse with Additional Authorized Practice) at Hatchet Lake Primary Care Clinic in Saskatchewan. This part-time role leads and delivers high-quality care in a close-knit northern community, with a focus on holistic, patient-centered services.

You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, mentor nursing staff, and engage community members to promote wellness.

Qualifications

• Current CRNS registration as RN with Additional Authorized Practice (RN AAP) or Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
• Experience in primary care, community health, or rural nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cultural competency skills.
• Commitment to holistic, patient-centered care.
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, ITLS, CPR HCP, Transfer of Dangerous Goods, and Immunization (Inoculist).
• Flexible with work rotations.
