Job summary

Maarut seeks a Senior Business Analyst for the Clinical Data Foundation (CDF) program in Canada. You will provide I&IT BA services, gather requirements from business stakeholders, and promote standardized BA practices across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in health-related projects, public sector healthcare experience, strong data/process modeling skills, and excellent communication for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business analysis experience in electronic health-related projects.
• Public sector experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of project management concepts including goals, risk, scope, roles, planning and quality management.
• Experience with business, data, process and data-flow modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Team player with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse needs.
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather, document and analyze requirements.
• Prepare and advise on BA policies, processes, standards to promote consistency.
• Handle change requests for EHR planning using change management workflow.
• Create BRDs, project charters/plans, elicit information from SMEs and lead meetings.
• Organize meetings, control discussions, and keep goals on track.
