Cognizant in Toronto, ON is hiring a Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration Developer. You will design, develop, and support integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and enterprise applications in a hybrid work model.

Strong Gosu, Integration Framework, REST/SOAP, and insurance-domain knowledge are essential to succeed. The role requires 5+ years of software development and 3+ years with Guidewire PolicyCenter, with a comprehensive set of API, messaging, and data-management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Strong experience in PolicyCenter configuration, Gosu, integration framework, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, messaging, batch processes, SQL, and Java/J2EE.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and internal/external systems.
• Develop REST and SOAP web services using Guidewire Integration Framework.
• Configure and customize Guidewire components including PCF, Data Model, Business Rules, Workflows, and Batch Processes.
• Build and consume APIs for policy administration, billing, claims, document management, and third-party vendor integrations.
• Develop messaging solutions using Guidewire Messaging Framework.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring stability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Support Guidewire Cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Create technical design documentation and integration specifications.
