CAA Club Group is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Guidewire core applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) in a cloud-ready environment. The role emphasizes strong Java/Gosu skills, OO design, and enterprise integration.

You will work with stakeholders to analyze insurance requirements, develop scalable GWCP solutions, and ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and automation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering with Java, Gosu, OO design.
• 3+ years of Guidewire development (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
• Expertise in core configuration (PCF, Gosu rules, Data Model, Product Model, Typelists, Workflows).
• Current Guidewire certifications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Cloud Integration, or Guidewire Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of P&C insurance operations across Personal, Commercial, or Specialty lines.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders and solution architects to analyze insurance requirements and deliver GWCP solutions.
• Prepare technical design, impact analysis, and effort estimates; balance config with external integration.
• Design, configure, and maintain Guidewire core apps per SurePath standards and upgrade paths.
• Implement and customize Guidewire components including PCF, Gosu, Data Model, and Workflows.
• Build external integrations using Guidewire Cloud APIs, IntegrationHub, and webhooks.
• Build and optimize event-driven messaging pipelines and batch processes; ensure data consistency and resilience.
• Champion code quality with reviews, unit testing, and static analysis; adhere to security standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
