• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in a Growth team at a consumer tech company.
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach to building and automating systems.
• Experience in Growth, Promotions, or Incentives, ideally in rewards and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and build Incentive Primitives from concept to execution.
• Develop the vision for the Incentives Engine to enable rapid launch of high-ROI campaigns.
• Collaborate with Data Science to establish analytics and optimization frameworks.
