We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Growth Designer to lead the visual design of high-impact digital experiences, with a primary focus on our marketing website. This role combines brand stewardship with performance-driven design, translating ideas into visually compelling, conversion-focused web pages. You will work closely with marketing and growth teams to craft digital experiences that communicate value, drive engagement, and support business goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote-first, highly autonomous environment, balancing attention to detail with big-picture design thinking. You will own end-to-end marketing site projects, influence design strategy, and explore innovative approaches to enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of the marketing website, ensuring it reflects the brand’s identity and drives conversions.
  • Design new landing pages, marketing site experiences, and high-visibility digital assets to support product launches and campaigns.
  • Create responsive, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma, collaborating with developers for accurate implementation.
  • Ensure marketing site UX effectively communicates the value proposition while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Audit and refine existing pages using data, feedback, and design best practices to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to align design with campaign goals and conversion objectives.

Requirements
