A leading event management company in Toronto is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead a creative team. You will oversee innovative designs for major branding campaigns, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with project management. The ideal candidate has 7-8 years in graphic design, strong Adobe skills, and a passion for pop culture. This is an on-site role that offers a dynamic work environment with competitive benefits.

We’re looking for an experiencedSenior Graphic Designerto lead and elevate the creative vision behind some of the most exciting live events in North America. In this role, you’ll oversee a talented team of designers and create work that fans will see, share, and remember across iconic brands likeFAN EXPO, VidCon, Interior Design Show, Artist Project, One Of A Kind Spring & Christmas Shows, and Art Toronto.
As the Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be a mentor, a visionary, and a hands‑on creative leader. You’ll guide our team offive designers—three full‑time graphic designers, one freelancer who works with us full‑time, and the new hire in this role. You’ll also collaborate closely with ourProject Managerto oversee project workflows, manage deadlines, and provide support to the design team. This role will report directly to theAssociate Director, Creative and Brand, while working closely with ourCreative DirectorsandVP of Marketingto ensure all graphic projects meet brand standards and align with our creative vision.
We’re looking for someone who not only understands pop culture but also has experience in theDesign and/or Art industries. Ideally, you’ll bringpeople management experience, a passion for mentoring, and a knack for contributing fresh, innovative ideas to elevate our branding and marketing campaigns year over year.
