We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Creative Team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Behaviour’s IPs and campaigns, leading the creation of high-impact design assets across multiple platforms. Your expertise will help elevate our brand presence and support strategic marketing initiatives. Check out some of our graphic work here : In this role you will :

  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Associate Art Director and other graphic designers to define and execute visual strategies.
  • Collaborate and communicate closely with the PM team to ensure smooth delivery of the assets.
  • Design and produce a wide variety of marketing assets : key art, logos, presentations, promotional materials, social media visuals, and more.
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and final executions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop tailored design solutions.
What we're looking for
  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a creative agency or studio environment.
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Demonstrates strong project leadership and fosters effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams by actively to identifying opportunities for improved synergy and collective success.
  • A clear understanding of workload priorities, proactively identifies potential blockers, and takes initiative to address them before they impact progress.
  • A strong and polished portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and campaign work is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.

  • Experience in the video game industry or entertainment marketing.
  • Familiarity with branding for IPs and licensed products.
