Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Google CCAIP Engineer to design, configure, and validate customer contact center solutions on Google’s CCAI platform. You will implement DTMF IVR menus, call flows, queue configurations, and routing logic while ensuring thorough testing and clear technical documentation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on production experience with CCaaS platforms, Dialogflow CX, and CRM integrations, and can collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable contact center

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and configuring IVR solutions on CCaaS platforms.
• 2+ years with Google Cloud CCAIP.
• Strong DTMF IVR configuration knowledge.
• Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build and configure DTMF IVR structures and call flows in Google CCAI.
• Configure multilingual prompts and timeouts.
• Implement routing, queues, and transfer logic.
• Develop tests, support UAT, and document configurations.
• Maintain traceability and prepare runbooks.
