Job summary

Qohash is seeking a hands-on Go developer to join a high-performance team building the QSIDS engine for on-device inference across Windows, macOS, and Linux. You will profile hot paths, trim allocations, and ensure latency, memory footprint, and CPU remain predictable under load while wiring ML models into the engine.

You bring 7+ years of production Go experience, strong systems programming fundamentals, and a track record delivering live systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production Go experience.
• Strong memory management and concurrency fundamentals.
• Experience instrumenting, debugging, and iterating on live systems.
• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a cross-platform detection engine for Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Integrate embedded ML models for on-device inference and own runtime and data paths.
• Collaborate with ML and systems teams to productionize models.
• Optimize end-to-end latency and memory footprint; profile and tune performance.
• Own features from development to production including instrumentation and monitoring.
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
