A financial services firm in Toronto is seeking a Senior Global Payments Associate to drive lead generation in corporate payments and FX risk management. The role involves identifying and nurturing client relationships, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in fintech. This is a full-time hybrid position offering a competitive salary of CA$90,000-$130,000 annually plus benefits.

With our extremely rare single IBAN multi-currency account, we are able to assist with a variety of different payment needs, including business payment solutions, personal payments abroad (for example buying a property), travel money, as well as the ability to offer interest on deposits. Supplementing this, we also support the global supply chain of wholesale banknotes through our Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and partnership with the US Federal Reserve Bank, to build deeper payment relationships with international banking customers.
It is through obtaining our own banking and payment licenses, the acquisition of two banking platforms and access to 16+ liquidity providers that we are able to proposition a trailblazing FinTech payment infrastructure that simplifies our customer’s diverse business needs and reduce their costs. To identify, develop, and nurture new ICP acquisition within Corporate Payments and FX Risk Management that drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence. The Senior Global Payments Associate acts as a key link between prospective clients and the organization, leveraging market research, networking, and consultative engagement to build strong relationships and convert leads into long-term partnerships, in collaboration with the Sales & Regional Directors. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a critical role in the sales pipeline.
