Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in corporate immigration, immigration consulting, global mobility, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Autodesk's Global Immigration program with a primary focus on Canadian and U.S. immigration matters, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and employee-focused experience.
• Administer Canada day-to-day immigration activities, including new-hire work authorization, work permit and visa renewals, status changes, and permanent residence processes.
• Support the U.S. Immigrant Visa Process (Permanent Residency / Green Card) coordinating with external counsel, employees, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Global Mobility and Relocation teams to ensure a coordinated employee experience and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Manage immigration-related inquiries and escalation paths, tracking milestones, deadlines, and service expectations.
