Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst / HR Analyst to support and enhance our HR systems and processes. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in HRIS (PeopleSoft) , SQL , and HR functional domains such as benefits, compensation, pensions, and training. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, HR process understanding, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with HR teams and IT.

Responsibilities
  • Provide service and expertise across multiple HR areas, including Benefits, HR Core, Compensation, Pensions, and Training.
  • Conduct systems analysis to understandHR business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Communicate analysis results and recommendations to HR and IT stakeholders.
  • Deliver end-user support, including procedures, troubleshooting, and training when required.
  • Monitor critical HR system issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update HRIS foundation and configuration tables.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align processes and technology.
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity, including detection and validation of data anomalies.
  • Review and streamline end-user processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Support HR automation initiatives by partnering with HR and IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, practices, and regulations.
  • Oversee HRIS (PeopleSoft) functionality, ensuring stability and ongoing optimization.
Must Haves
  • HRIS expertise : Strong experience with PeopleSoft HRIS.
  • Technical skills : Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
