Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in development.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• A knowledge of AI concepts, GenAI, RAG and MLOps best practices.
• Well documented and ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.
• No Canadian work experience required, must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and application design around an event-oriented architecture.
• Help testers in setting up component and integration tests.
• Participate in the development and evolution of back-end components for execution of algorithms.
• Optimize the platform for maximum velocity and scalability.
• Play a Technical Leader / Mentor role for Squad members.
