Qohash is hiring an AI-native Full Stack Developer who uses LLMs and AI tooling as a core part of daily work. You will drive features in React and Java/Kotlin, build microservices, and ensure security, quality, and velocity in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across teams, contribute to AI-assisted testing, automated deployment, and code reviews, and help shape scalable, secure software for enterprise data protection in a zero-copy architecture.

Qualifications

• A strong alignment with our core values.
• 7+ years of experience in Microservices development with Java, Spring Boot, Golang, Kotlin.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI coding assistants to accelerate development, with the ability to critique, refactor, and own AI-generated code.
• Proven ability to operate within Agile/Scrum delivery cycles, using AI tools to boost sprint velocity and maintain documentation quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement features.
• Develop Microservice Oriented Architecture & build reusable components.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code, using AI coding tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining code quality and performing unit/integration tests.
• Analyze performance and reliability to ensure data moves fast and accurately.
• Identify code metrics and perform necessary analysis (requirements, risks, reliability).
• Correct anomalies and problems as they arise.
• Test implemented features to meet acceptance criteria.
• Review code and guide other engineers on maintainability, performance and security.
• Participate from idea to launch, advise on tech choices, contribute to faster development velocity and AI-assisted testing.
