Job summary

Cohere is expanding its Internal Applications team to build tooling that accelerates model development and improves collaboration among annotators, ML researchers, and product managers. You will work on user-facing browser and server components, partnering with engineers across levels to design, implement, and refine features that empower teams and scale with AI innovations.

• Experience shipping products with many stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex needs into explanations for all audiences.
• Excellent communication and documentation to discuss technical implementations and designs.
• Hands-on experience with complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency across the full stack: Next.js, TypeScript, React, Python.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including annotators, ML researchers, product managers and more.
• Build tooling that helps internal teams while shipping reliable user-facing experiences.
• Develop browser and server-side components for internal applications.

• In this role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, which include annotators, ML researchers, product managers and more

• Work with a small talented and enthusiastic team of software engineers
• Contribute to delightful experiences for our user-facing products, meticulously crafting code for browsers and servers
• Collaborate and grow with your engineering colleagues of all levels through direct pairing sessions, architectural designs, documentation and talks
