AltaML’s Venture Studio builds and invests in early-stage artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) companies, helping founders fast-track their journey from zero to one. By combining technical expertise, operational support, and insights from our corporate labs, we create high-performing applied AI ventures with a competitive edge. One of the ventures the Studio has successfully incubated from inception to pre-seed is Prévoir, an AI-driven company that automates merchandising and range building for luxury fashion brands. Currently in its pre-seed stage and already generating strong traction, the company aims to onboard 10 pilot customers in 2025 and officially launch to market in 2026. This team is now looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help scale the platform, build new features, and ensure its readiness for market launch.

About the Role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in developing and refining our platform, collaborating closely with the Founder, Product Manager, Machine Learning Developers, Software Engineers, and Industry Experts to build a scalable, high-impact solution. You'll focus on building high-performance features that streamline workflows and enhance decision-making for fashion businesses. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-moving product roadmap, optimize system architecture, and shape the technology behind Prévoir’s market launch—all while working in a hands-on, fast-paced startup environment where you’ll be directly involved in solving complex challenges and driving tangible results.

What You'll Do:

• Contribute to both frontend and backend development, translating product requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Build functional prototypes to test hypotheses quickly, then evolve prototypes into deployed code.
• Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and architecture evolution discussions.
• Contribute to the analysis of business requirements, prepare design and implementation recommendations, and estimate development effort.
• Review and comment on the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Work collaboratively and professionally in cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.
• Contribute to continuous practice improvements.

What You Bring:

• Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Software Development, or similar.
• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Worked with React, Python, and Azure to develop and deploy production solutions.
• Developed agentic applications using LLM APIs and technologies like OpenAI, Autogen, and Langchain.
• Unit and API testing with xUnit, Postman, or others.
• Experience developing and deploying with Docker.
• Understanding of how to work in an agile environment using Azure DevOps.
• You have a drive to write clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fashion technology, working with fashion brands, or a strong passion for the fashion industry.
• Have developed with Shopify, SAP, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Have worked in an early stage startup environment.
• Exposure to development stacks other than React/FastAPI.
• Experience with Microservices Architectures.
• Application caching with Redis Cache.
• Have watched all 4 seasons of “Emily in Paris” and/or 6 seasons of “Silicon Valley”.

• Venture Technical Lead/Senior Machine Learning Developer.
