As a Senior Full Stack Developer – Data Platform, you will design and deliver scalable data solutions that move, process, and standardize large datasets across our enterprise. Your primary focus (≈70–80%) will be data engineering—building reliable pipelines on Databricks and cloud platforms, optimizing Spark SQL, and implementing robust data models and ETL/ELT patterns.
Your secondary focus (≈20–30%) will leverage .NET or Java to build and integrate APIs and services that interface with the data platform and downstream applications.
This is a Full‑time, Permanent role based at Vancity head office. Our head office is in Vancouver, and we welcome candidates in BC and Ontario. While this position offers a hybrid work arrangement, you may be required on‑site for events and business needs.

This role offers a salary range of $125,000 to $160,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
