Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of backend architecture and development for end-user self-service and access visibility solutions. This role combines architectural responsibility with hands-on development of APIs, scripts, and system integrations, with a strong focus on AWS-based solutions. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications while contributing to key architecture and design decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and own backend architecture for self-service and access visibility capabilities
• Develop and maintain backend APIs, scripts, and system integrations
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable backend solutions
• Define technical standards and development approaches
• Design solutions that are secure, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural standards
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify and address technical risks, dependencies, and integration requirements
• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing solution improvements
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to architecture and design decisions
• Maintain clear technical documentation for architecture, APIs, and integrations

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with AWS and cloud-based application development
• Experience in application architecture and hands-on backend development
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and systems integration
• Experience developing scripts and automation solutions
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable applications
• Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and integration practices
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams
• Clear communication and technical documentation skills
• Ability to take ownership of solutions from design through implementation

• Experience delivering end-user self-service solutions
• Knowledge of identity and access management or access visibility concepts
• Experience working with enterprise applications and complex system integrations
