Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer in Toronto to design, build, and maintain scalable data-driven applications. The role focuses on Java-based back-end services and modern front-end interfaces, including RESTful APIs, React/Angular components, and robust database integration.

The candidate will translate complex technical specifications into tested software, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable deployments and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience with the use of Java language.
• RxJS - 5+
• React- 5+
• Javascript - 10+
• Typescript - 5+
• HTML 5.0, CSS - 5+
• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
• Experience with REST, SOAP web services
• Experience / knowledge of Azure DevOps, JIRA, agile/scrum

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications, developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, and conducting unit tests.
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems arising during use and operation of software packages, including implementation, conversion and migrations.
