Job summary

Brex in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to drive frontend architecture and product development across the Brex stack. You will build scalable UI features, collaborate with Sales and Support, and shape the user experience with a strong emphasis on quality and metrics.

You will work with ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack, testing client-side code end to end and contributing to a high engineering standard. This role supports hybrid in-office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies and tools (ES6+, React, TypeScript, Webpack).
• Experience architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end to end.
• Experience developing client facing software products.

• As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be working across the Brex stack, creating and maintaining new products, features, and building tools to help scale Brex.

• Design and implement experiments to improve our customer’s experiences.
• Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability and ongoing metrics.
• Tune and polish features to a high-degree of excellence.
