Capital Markets Gateway LLC (CMG) is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Mission Control team (DataLab) as the frontend technical lead for the Western Hemisphere.

You will craft user-centric, performant web interfaces using React and TypeScript, collaborate with product and back-end engineers, establish UI best practices, and drive architecture decisions while championing accessibility and code quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years React experience.
• 5+ years TypeScript experience.
• 10+ years software engineering experience.
• Experience leading frontend decisions and mentoring engineers.
• Demonstrated use of agentic coding tools (Claude, Codex, CoPilot).
• Strong JavaScript ecosystem experience.
• Solid full-stack experience (Node.js; .NET shop).
• Fintech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend technical direction for CMG's DataLab Mission Control in the Western Hemisphere.
• Develop and maintain complex, scalable UI using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product, backend engineers, and leaders to translate requirements into code.
• Guide frontend architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and DX improvements.
• Contribute to testing strategies including unit, component, and E2E tests.
