Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking a dedicated, customer service oriented, professional to join the Front Office team as a Regular - Senior Front Office Host.
Senior Front Office Hosts are responsible for the onboarding and training of new Front Office Hosts. This senior role is expected to provide regular feedback and works in conjunction with management to improve the Front Office team’s workflow and production. This position is also responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Senior FrontOffice Host. This position will be scheduled based on business needs. Interested candidates must be available for all shifts especially afternoons and evenings (2:30pm to 11:00pm), must be available to work weekends, holidays and occasional graveyard shifts. Starting wage is at $25.40 per hour, after 6 months, wage is $29.63 per hour, after 1 year, wage is $33.86 per hour.
