Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology businesses.
  • Optional – CPA, CFA, or enrollment in related certification programs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary finance partner for relevant functional leadership.
  • Influence resource allocation and investment prioritization.
  • Lead financial planning, including annual budgets and long-range planning.
  • Build dynamic models and conduct sensitivity analyses.
  • Deliver analysis of financial results and key performance drivers.
  • Drive improvements in FP&A processes and tools.
  • Partner closely with Accounting and non-Financial Operations teams.
  • Act as a thought leader within FP&A.
