Job summary

Behaviour Interactive, based in Montreal, is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with teams across the organization. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making to support growth and evolution.

You’ll develop financial models, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to guide investments and resource allocation. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with large datasets and financial models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to build budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly results, identify variances, and advise decisions.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess risks and opportunities.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs to deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to support planning and resource allocation.
• Leverage data sources to identify trends and support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and integrations.
