• CPA designation in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A or related analytical finance role.
• Retail industry experience with margin and store P&L understanding.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong written communication for leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow forecasting and rolling forecast cadence.
• Own annual budgeting process end-to-end with cross-functional input.
• Develop driver-based models and performance reporting.
• Partner with merchandising, supply chain, and operations on financial decisions.
