Job summary

Behavox Ltd. is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core financial model, including three-statement architecture, revenue recognition under SaaS, and forecasting used by leadership for strategic decisions.

The role also covers acquisition valuations, due diligence, and integration into a single consolidated view, with responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of all numbers and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Understands three-statement and operating models; knowledgeable in SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment.
• Bottom-up forecasting experience; driver-based long-term modeling and SaaS metrics.
• Valuation, due diligence, and consolidation for acquisitions; integration into the financial model.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the core financial model with robust architecture and accurate outputs.
• Builds valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for acquisitions and integrations.
• Drives monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with clear narratives for leadership.
• Diagnoses financial and SaaS metric movements; identifies drivers and levers for decision-making.
• Applies AI and automation to recurring financial workflows while preserving validation and judgment.
