We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - Systems to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver high-impact financial and operational insights through advanced data modeling and business intelligence reporting. You'll support the Merchandising Operations and Category Management teams by transforming complex data into actionable analytics using Power BI, enabling informed decision-making and driving operational efficiency.
As a subject matter expert in financial analysis and BI tools, you will lead the development and enhancement of reporting solutions, collaborate with cross-functional partners including Data Science, and serve as a key resource for training and support. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide financial guidance through monthly reporting, ad hoc analysis, and executive presentations.
The target hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. This is a pay grade 6 role, with a salary range of $71,777.30- $107,379.81. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
