Responsibilities
Prepare monthly reconciliations for Trust and General bank accounts.
Conduct reconciliations of accounts, including intercompany and fixed assets.
Support annual budget preparation and conduct profitability analyses.
Skills
Advanced Excel proficiency (vlookups, IF analysis)
Familiarity with accounting software (Elite, Aderant, or Clio)
Strong understanding of trust accounting and legal billing practices
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
CPA, CFA, or similar designation
