A leading financial services provider based in Toronto is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to oversee the Advisor Rewards bonus database. The Group Benefits Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis team is looking for a tech savvy Senior Financial Analyst to take ownership of our Advisor Rewards bonus database and reporting who has strong excel capability and with experience or an interest in using more advanced tools. The Group Benefits Advisor Rewards Program enables our sales teams to build stronger relationships with advisors to support customers and drive business results. Reporting to the Manager of Field Compensation, this position will be responsible for a broad range of financial control and reporting functions, including calculating wholesaler incentive compensation, sales validation, expense analytics, budgeting and forecasting, and business and strategic planning activities. This role provides excellent exposure to sales reporting, multiple contacts within GB Finance and our various business unit partners as well as an opportunity for growth within Manulife.
