Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or finance business-partner experience.
• Strong financial modeling, business analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel capability.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Google BigQuery knowledge and data-visualization tools.

Position Purpose

The Senior Financial Analyst is the primary finance partner for the Outside Sales team supporting commercial-account prospecting and growth. This visible role requires an analyst who can provide actionable insight, challenge assumptions constructively, and combine technical capability with strong business partnership.

Working Environment & Technology

• Intermediate to advanced Excel; advanced skill is an asset.
• Tableau strongly preferred; exceptional learners may be considered.
• Strong Google BigQuery capability is preferred for this role.

• Previous experience supporting a sales or commercial business team.
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Gemini.
