Our client, a well-established real estate investment and development company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance to join its corporate team. This role supports the financial reporting and planning functions for a growing North American portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Review monthly financial packages from third-party operators, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support investment onboarding and offboarding, including coordination with property managers and review of entity structures, closing statements, and related financial documentation.
• Lead process improvements related to intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial deliverables, including IFRS reporting packages, investment performance updates, and lender/co-investor reports.
• Manage internal controls and compliance activities, including SOX testing and external audits.
• Consolidate and analyze quarterly income statement reforecasts and contribute to annual budgeting and planning.
• Monitor liquidity and capital requirements, collaborating closely with portfolio management and capital markets teams.
• Support financing and refinancing initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Contribute to FP&A and various cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally with a blend of public accounting and industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting and financial consolidation.
• Exposure to real estate or asset management is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Technical Tools:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Yardi, and/or OneStream is preferred.
• Comfortable learning and using financial systems and reporting tools
