Today we are confirming our search for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be integral in supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations. The successful candidate will proactively collaborate across teams, streamline processes, and champion continuous improvement within the property management finance function. In addition to the duties typically expected of a senior finance professional, responsibilities will to:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for CLV Group’s property management portfolio.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancements, and operational improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and property owners.
  • Collaborate closely with property management teams to understand financial performance, highlight trends, and address financial implications of operational decisions.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to facilitate investment analysis, acquisition due diligence, and asset management strategies.
  • Support the CFO in preparing comprehensive financial presentations for executive leadership, external stakeholders, and investors.
  • Act as a financial business partner, building relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes, manage cash flow, and ensure effective financial governance.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering professional growth and strengthening the financial acumen within the team.
  • Participate in ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • CPA designation or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industry.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency with financial systems; Yardi experience is a significant asset.
