Job summary

Scotiabank in Canada is seeking a Customer Advisor in the Canadian Banking Branch network in Truro, Nova Scotia. You will deliver exceptional service across the customer journey, helping clients with day-to-day banking, investments and borrowing solutions.

You’ll build lasting relationships, educate clients, and work toward personal and team sales goals in a supportive, inclusive culture that values development and career progression.

Qualifications

• The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships.
• A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies including day-to-day banking, investments and borrowing solutions.
• The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast paced environment that align to a customer’s stated goals.
• A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma
