The ideal candidate will have 7–8 years of IT support experience, specializing in desktop support and network troubleshooting. Responsibilities include providing high-quality support for various IT devices, diagnosing network issues, and collaboration with technical teams to enhance user experience. This is an onsite role requiring strong communication skills and technical competence.

Qualifications

  • 7–8 years of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems.
  • Perform installations and upgrades across Windows and Mac environments.
