Qualifications

• Hands-on working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• At least 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience is highly desirable.
• Safety oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain building and laboratory operational mechanical infrastructure.
• Assist and resolve various Facilities Help requests from staff.
• Keep operational areas clean and tidy.
• Available for occasional after-hours call outs in the event of facility emergencies.
