Senior Executive/Senior/Assistant Manager, Clinic Operations

About the Role

This role is largely project management focused, and you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution and completion of high impact projects such as launching new services and operational improvement initiatives led by the Clinic Operations department. You will support management in projects that improve patient flow and the care delivery process, operational efficiencies and compliance through data-driven analysis, cross-departmental collaboration, and structured project management and implementation.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end projects and service enhancement initiatives across clinic operations
  • Prepare financial models, conduct data analysis, and create comprehensive reports and presentations for management decision-making
  • Track project outcomes, identify gaps or improvement areas, and recommend process enhancements to maintain high standards of service quality and regulatory compliance
  • Streamline workflows, improve operational processes, and review Standard Operating Procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Facilitate communication across Clinical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Operations, and administrative teams while coordinating with external vendors and partners
  • Prepare management reports, presentations, and documentation to enable informed decision-making at leadership level
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably with at least 2 years in healthcare setting
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and Powerpoint business presentation development is a must
  • Committed, proactive team player with collaborative mindset and strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Adaptable, able to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment under tight timelines
  • Possess confidence and maturity to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Passionate about improving work processes, patient experience and healthcare service delivery
