A leading dental research center in Canada seeks a Senior Executive, Research to assist in developing tele-dentistry programs for senior oral care. The role involves engaging community stakeholders, facilitating regulatory approvals, and managing the execution of clinical research. Ideal candidates should have a degree in a healthcare-related field and strong communication skills.
You will assist the principal investigator to develop and implement the tele-dentistry supported community-based oral care research programme for seniors which includes:
Key conduit between NDCS, MOH, SingHealth Regional Health System, Agencies, community partners.
Support Principal Investigator in engaging the community stakeholders to collaborate on programme.
Preparation of documents for and facilitation of regulatory (e.g., Institution Review Board) approvals.
Execution of approved clinical research and clinical trial protocols in accordance to the ICH-Guideline for Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), Human Biomedical Research Act (HRBA) and other regulatory requirements.
Facilitate programme-related outreach events and training sessions.
Establish programme workflow processes.
Design and develop programme related documents.
Plan programme calendar and implement programme.
Establish programme evaluation framework.
Monitor and timely compilation of programme results and progress of KPIs.
Prepare management reporting for programme.
Provide Secretarial and administrative support for meetings and events.
Assist the Research Office in planning and organizing events, including research seminars, lunch talks and workshops.
Support the Senior Manager in grant management processes, including documentation, reporting and compliance tracking.
Coordinate logistics, schedules and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in budget monitoring, timely submission of workload and expenses, procurement and other administrative duties as required.
