Overview

We are seeking a Clinic Operations Executive to oversee a team of frontline clinic staff and ensure the smooth operations of the clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and service standards, handling patient feedback, and implementing process improvements to enhance the patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic function and ensure compliance with policies and service standards.
  • Manage and deploy clinic staff effectively.
  • Handle patient feedback and ensure a high level of service is provided to patients.
  • Operationalize and implement process improvements to enhance the patient experience.
  • Analyze, review, and enhance processes to improve digital take-up.
  • Prepare and analyze performance data and reports and initiate recommendations to improve the department's KPIs.
  • Participate in coordination and implementation of cluster/organization-wide initiatives such as Business Continuity Plans and other priority projects.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure uninterrupted continuity of clinic operations whenever system changes need to be implemented.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline, entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Initiative, ability to work independently, and good team-leading qualities.
  • Logical and calm under pressure.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written), time management skills.
