Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Office of Compliance

As part of the Office of Compliance, you will help strengthen our governance framework and protect the interests of our patients and stakeholders. Your role will be instrumental in building trust and maintaining the highest standards of compliance across our healthcare institutions.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the SingHealth Cluster Compliance Unit. You will be involved in optimising the effectiveness of governance, risk management and compliance functions. Additionally, you will be utilising data analytics to generate key insights and analysis for compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the operations of the SingHealth Cluster Compliance Unit in providing expertise, monitoring, and challenge on compliance matters
  • Assist in planning, developing, implementing and operationalising Cluster Compliance programmes, projects and initiatives that identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability, and developing strategies to enhance compliance posture and maturity and achieving risk management objectives
  • Using data analytics to perform continuous monitoring projects and compliance reviews
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to support implementation of risk-based compliance programmes
Qualifications
  • Degree in any discipline with preferably 3 years of relevant experience
  • Professional qualifications such as CIA/CISA/CA/CRMA/CFE is preferred
  • Experience in areas of audit, compliance, risk management, forensic investigation, data analysis, and healthcare operations
  • Experience and working knowledge of risk assessment, internal controls and adoption of data analytics is preferred
  • Involvement in continuous monitoring / auditing projects or usage of data analytics is advantageous
  • Proficient with data analytical tools
  • Team player with strong analytical and conceptual thinking ability
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
