Job description

As our Executive/Senior Executive, you will execute SGH's development and advancement initiatives to build interest and ownership of philanthropy in pushing the envelope of healthcare giving for patient care, education and research causes. You will coordinate the engagement, solicitation and stewardship effort of key development activities in close collaboration with various stakeholders. You will also assist in the conceptualisation and execution of touch points such as events planning, engagement activities, collaterals & materials development and gift recognition. You will coordinate the administration of gift including gift processing, database management, liaising with fund committees and other related administrative support.

The 3 main scope consist of:

Scope
  • Assist in planning and managing fundraising campaigns / events /activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with donors and internal stakeholders to develop partnerships, engagement and participation.
  • Assist in producing fundraising collaterals, presentations and proposals
Donor Relations
  • Strengthen the engagement and relationship with existing donors and stakeholders through various communication platforms including thank you letters and publicity
  • Prepare stewardship materials and reports for major donors
Administrative Support
  • Handle enquiries, administration of gift documents, maintenance of donors data
  • Assist with scheduling and organising of meetings
Requirements

Bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably in Marketing

Good spoken and written communication and excellent inter-personal skills

Meticulous in handling assignments, able to multi-task and work independently

Digital marketing skills including eDM design, social media management and content creation would be advantageous

Experience in philanthropy, fundraising and marketing communications would be advantageous
