Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for the executive team. Gather, research, and organize all information on an issue, then provide it in one clear, concise email so the VP can make informed decisions quickly. Track key projects, deadlines, and follow-ups—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Act as the primary contact with our IT provider on behalf of the VP, coordinating requests and solutions. Register and coordinate event participation for the VP and other executives, handling all logistics to simplify their schedules. Prepare polished reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external meetings. Coordinate with teams across the company to keep operations aligned and efficient. Handle confidential information with discretion. Anticipate needs, suggest improvements, and drive efficiency across operations.
